My dah is really busy and can not get me to the DMV without mucho trouble with his work. o.o;;

l live in Texas, and l know everything l need, my only problem is, do l need him with me? I've read something about Needing a signature from them, but is there something l can do to get his signature, and have it work for them without him being there? It'd save me a lot of trouble.
Btw! I am 16...^^
Okay, question closed. He took off to come with me, and l did not even need him! Emotional and Moral support. (and five bucks. xD)

ok well if u can walk there then there is no problem
u do not need a signature from ur parents but he does have to sign ur permit

try going on saturday if u can not walk 2 the dmv

l am sorry, you need one parent present to obtain your license. in the state of texas mom or dad can revoke your license at anytime until you are 18.
