I was in a car accident last week that was not my fault. Can I claim a few of the old dents in with this one

if they're close to the original accident damage location, probably. but if you got hit in the front end, and want to claim rear fender damage, you're out of luck.

l guess you could and nobody would notice, but Idk, maybe your dishonesty will cause you to be found out!

depends on where they are, and if they fit in with the new one, and if there is paint ect ect.

well it depends really on where the old stuff is and where the new stuff is. if you can pull it off that the old stuff is caused by the new stuff, you can. its always worth a shot. everyone does it. talk to the body shop guy, he will do it for you, im sure. milk this for all its worth.

if the damage was not caused by the accident and u claim other damages and they find out it will be considered insurance fraud.they will drop ur policy and it will prolly exclude u from alot of other insurance companys.thats bad medicine dont do it

if you havent taking your car to the insurance adjuster yet and if the denst are around the damaged area, then maybe yes. but you have to let the adjuster know when he/she goes and takes a look at your car. hopefully you get a cool adjuster.

no of course not if you were the person who caused the accident would you be ok if some who you damaged their car make you pay a couple of extra hundreds depending on how bad the dents are just because they want them gone and were to lazy to get them fixed till they got in a worse accident. they did not do the dents they do not pay for it!!!!

The claims adjuster would spot it in a second and you could be charged with fraud. Do not take the chance.

no you absolutely cannot do this. This is caused insurance fraud and is a felony. Insurance companies will prosecute this to the fullest extent they can as this is what drives up insurance expenses.

It is really a bad idea. A skilled adjuster can tell the difference between old and new damage. It is just not worth risking a felony conviction for. What l would suggest is getting several estimates from body shops to repair the old dents that concern you. You may find that it wo not cost you very much extra out of pocket to have them do it all at once. Tell them if they want the insurance work you want their best price on the other stuff.
