Usually the only citations that affect your insurance premiums are ''moving violations''. If the cell phone ticket is not classed as a moving violation, it should not affect your premium.

BTW, get a headset for that thing or hang it up.

She is your daughter take the phone or the car. If she is still living in your home and a minor your house your rules.

If she crashes as a result of talking on her phone, guess who will be paying more - both for the other party in the crash and your own insurance!
l trust she is 18 yrs. or older. Teens may NOT use ANY electronic devices while driving. Just remember, as a minor, you are responsible for her driving.
