probably not, but the fines may be heavy. a suspended license is a possibility, but l do not think a complete revokation would happen.

Most likely. At least l would hope so. She has shown a complete disregard for the safety of others as well as her self. She does not seem competent to be on the road. You did mean consequences, did not you!

l got a ticket for 64 in a 25. l just had to do 20 hours of community service. l got the ticket when l was 16. l am 17 now

l does not matter how old she is when she goes to court, all that matters is her age when the offense occurred.

l really HOPE she loses her license, but it might not do any good since she turns 18 that day anyway & can just reapply for it on her way home from the courtroom.

However, YOU as a ''concerned father'' would do well to kick her off ur insurance & force her to buy her own car, if u have not already. You r no longer responsible for her reckless behavior.

That would be a valuable introduction into the world of legal adulthood & a wonderful birthday present to show her that actions have real consequences (although she might not realize or appreciate it for a long time).

Not trying to tell u how to be a parent, but l would of taken her car away after the first go. Of course she will probably keep her license if she can pay the fines & the much higher insurance. l would get her off my plan ASAP. Lucky though, only 28 MPH over, most states consider 30 MPH over a felony; not that l have had any experience with this :-). Not to start a fight Nissanracer but that is a good way to get ur car confiscated & serve some time in jail in several states with street racing laws (even first offense).

Hate to say, but l would hope so. May teach a valuable lesson, she may also live a bit longer.

l would hope so, & as her father, l hope u believe she should as well. She is a serious danger, with 2 bad tickets already, & she is only 17!
She seriously needs to lose her licence, & to complete a full driver training before being allowed a licence again, although that probably wo not be ordered, unfortunately.
Do not allow her on ur insurance if she is not suspended, make her buy her own. Maybe the $3,000 or more for insurance will make her think twice about her driving habits.
