Being arrested for Manslaughter.
Being drunk.

from 24 to 48 hours behind bars for first offense..
loss of license, lots and lots of money spent in fines and court costs..
AA classes and counseling.
and points taken off of your license..
in the meantime.
thank God that the drunk driver didnt injure or kill some innocent person or themselves.

For the drunken driver: Jail, A large fine, suspension of drivers license, cancellation of auto insurance. For the rest of us. maybe being maimed, maybe death, maybe a lifetime of hurt
