My uncle bought a jet ski and gave it to me as a gift. He still has the title of the jet ski, but l do not think he is going to give it to me (family fight).

If he refuses, gently remind him that as the registered owner he can be held legally & financially responsible for any injuries or damage caused by the jet ski. You are just concerned that he does not get in any trouble, (wink, wink). That may convince him to cough up the title. (be sure he signs it in the appropriate place).
