l have a texas car title and when l opened the letter l accidently ripped about a half inch off the side of the title on the right side l can still see all the text on the front on the back the boxes where is says assement of title or whatever got ripped off about 75 percent of the right side a half inch in got ripped off is it still valid or do l need to get a new one? someone is coming to look at my car in a little bit and need to know if l can give this to them or if it will be void when they go to transfer it?
please respond asap if you know, l cant get ahold of anyone at the court because its saturday and l need to know right away
