Well if there were 2 separate accidents, you will recieve 2 separate amounts of money.
Last year your money was for the first accident, and you were supposed to have fixed your car.
However if you did not fix your car, and left it in the previous condition that would lower your amount of monitary compensation on this 2nd claim, because your car was worth a lot less this year than it was last year.

u chose to keep the totaled car from the first loss. Even if u had all the repairs done it is forever a total vehicle.

An insurance company will not pay for another total. They will obtain a salvage bid & make a settlement based on that. Although they will say it was in good condition if u had it restored.

90% of all insurance companies report to a national database that will show ur vehicle was a prior total loss. You should probably look in the area of around 1/2 the current value of ur vehicle.

l know this does not seem fair but an insurance company does not owe to replace a vehicle that was totaled to begin with.
